Smith Monuments, Inc. was honored to help with making this memorial dedicated to honor the men who lost their lives on February 2, 1943.

The site is eight miles north and one half mile east of Bogue, KS.

I was in Kansas and had a chance to visit the cemetery in Plainville to see the memorial for my sister.  It is even more beautiful in person, and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out.  It is the perfect tribute for her. Over email, my brother, daughter, and I worked with them to create an original design, and the folks at Smith Monuments responded to every emailed question right away, and had the whole project completed well before I expected.
